A Mindful Way to Befriend Your Nervous System

Jumpstart your summer! You are invited to join us for A Mindful Way to Befriend Your Nervous System for School Employees on May 26, 2022 on Zoom, from 4:30-6:30PM for all school employees.
In this experiential workshop led by Esther Brandon, Owner of Esther Brandon Well-Being Life Coaching and Consulting, you will be introduced to mindfulness awareness practices and current neuroscience resources to “befriend your nervous system.”
The takeaways include an awareness of:
- Increased ability to cultivate and sustain your resilience. Resilience can be described as the rapidity and the ease with which we recover from adversity.
- Increased ability to regulate your nervous system, and more space for clear seeing.
- Increased ability to co-regulate with the children and youth, and with colleagues, parents, other school leaders; more space for kind caring connection.
- Increased joy in working with students.
